Ah, my name's Gremio, and I used to be a soldier under General Teo McDohl in the Scarlet Moon Empire's army, until my master saved my life, and I swore to serve him alone. Instead of staying in the army, I went to his home, and became the guardian of his young son while he was away, as Master Teo's wife died in childbirth. To be honest, I found that running Master Teo's household in the lovely city of Gregminster and caring for Young Master Tir was far more fulfilling than life as a soldier. ^_^

Now that Young Master is older - and has, shall we say, a few complications in his life - he is unable to live in Gregminster permanently. As much as I love the town, I swore to serve Master Teo, and now I serve Young Master in his father's place. We do return to Gregminster from time to time, but mostly we are moving from place to place, though we seem to have taken up residence for the time being in this small wooden lodge with an assortment of other misfit characters... some of which are perhaps not a good influence for Young Master, but ah well! It was here that I met my beautiful lady friend as well, so I cannot be too upset. ^_^

If you're ever in the neighborhood, feel free to stop by - I always make extra for dinner, though we seldom have leftovers. Especially when I make my special stew! (And no, you cannot have the recipe. ^_~)
